Welcome to the website of Tobias Moody Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Tobias Moody Entertainment provides live music and performance services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, private parties, sporting events, festivals, church events, and other engagements.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is not considered confirmed until both of the following have been completed:

• A signed Performance Agreement
   
• A 50% non-refundable deposit
   

We reserve the right to decline or cancel inquiries at our discretion.

• Tobias charges by the hour with a one-hour minimum.
   
• Performances under one hour are billed at the full hourly rate.
   
• If the event extends beyond the originally booked time, additional performance time is billed hourly in full-hour increments.
   
  • (Example: If one hour is booked but three hours are needed, three hours will be billed.)
     
• Any additional performance time must be paid within 24 hours after the event concludes.
   

Accepted payment methods include:

• Zelle
   
• Apple Pay
   
• Cash App
   
• Venmo
   

Payment instructions, links, or QR codes are provided prior to booking.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date.
   
• Dates are not held without receipt of the deposit and Performance Agreement (contract).
   

• The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.
   
• Failure to submit final payment by the deadline constitutes a breach of contract.
   
• In the event of non-payment:
   
  • The performance will be canceled
     
  • The full remaining balance is still owed
     

• All deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Client cancellations made within 14 days of the event date require payment of the full remaining balance.
   
• Failure to pay by the required deadline is treated as a client cancellation/breach.
   

If Tobias Moody Entertainment must cancel due to illness, emergency, travel interruption, or force majeure, all payments made will be refunded or a rescheduled date may be offered if available.

Events outside of Tobias’s local service area may require additional travel fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to booking.

Each booking includes:

• One (1) speaker
   
• One (1) microphone
   

Additional speakers are available at $50 per speaker.

Client is responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate space for performance
   
• Access to power (if required)
   
• A safe and appropriate performance environment
   

Client must provide suitable parking at the event location.
Any parking or valet fees will be added to the final invoice.

Client grants permission for Tobias Moody Entertainment to capture and use photos or short video clips from the event for promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, branding, and media, is the property of Tobias Moody Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as payment processors or e-signature tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobias Moody Entertainment shall not be liable for:

• Venue restrictions
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Technical failures outside of our control
   
• Delays caused by client, venue, or third parties
   

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
